Supply Chain Analyst
Insight Global is looking to hire a Supply Chain Analyst for one of their top healthcare clients in Worcester, MA. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing supply chain processes within the hospital. Your responsibilities include:
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Generate reports and dashboards to track inventory levels, procurement, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Recommend strategies to enhance supply chain performance, reduce costs, and streamline operations. Work closely with other professionals (e.g., procurement, logistics) to implement changes.
- Training and Documentation: Train end-users on Workday Supply Chain functionality. Create and maintain documentation related to system processes and best practices.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Monitor vendor performance and address any issues.
- Compliance and Regulations: Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements related to supply chain management. Ensure adherence to industry standards and hospital policies.
