Role summary: The Sr. Manager, Transformation Program Management will lead a portfolio of programs supporting the workforce transformation journey across multiple teams. This role is accountable for program strategy, governance, execution, and adoption for enablement, manager/leader readiness, tech development program, belonging and associate experience initiatives—partnering with business owners and engineering teams to enable scalable solutions and new ways of working. Lead workforce transformation programs, managing plans, governance, risks, stakeholder coordination, and executive reporting. Execute GrowthTech's Technical Leadership Development Program (TLDP) pilot, overseeing launch readiness, stakeholder alignment, communications, and delivery. Track TLDP participation, gather feedback, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements to support future expansion. Equip Belonging Champions with playbooks, activation resources, and progress reviews while driving accountability and measuring impact. What you'll bring: 10+ years in program management, technical program management, or related roles partnering with engineering and business teams. Experience navigating ambiguity, influencing without authority, and coaching senior leaders to drive alignment and adoption. Strong execution skills in integrated planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, change control, and launch readiness. Excellent executive communication and facilitation skills across varied stakeholders, cultures, and time zones. Ability to translate AI and engineering complexities into actionable rollout plans understood by technical and business leaders. Proven ability to lead organizational change, shape leadership behaviors, establish operating routines, and sustain adoption.
