About the Role:
Accessible Homecare Solutions LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated CNA/PCA to join our growing team in Clarke/Athens, GA! This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing essential personal care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide personal care assistance and mobility support to clients in a home setting
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and hydration
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Document care provided and maintain accurate client records

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification or PCA experience in the state of Georgia
• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to assist with transfers, mobility, and physical care tasks
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Clarke, GA area
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must pass a background check and meet all state requirements
