Johnson & Johnson seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager for oncology products in Mississippi and Arkansas. Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements for oncology products
• Address patient access and affordability issues with urgency and problem-solving collaboration
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with oncology accounts and provider office staff
• Serve as reimbursement expert for field sales teams and coordinate with internal departments on access solutions
• Manage territory logistics, account planning, and stay current on coverage policies and marketplace dynamics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or public administration; MBA or MPH preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in account management or reimbursement
• Expertise in pharmacy and medical/buy-and-bill benefits, coding, and billing practices
• Managed care or revenue cycle experience, including prior authorization knowledge
• Strong customer relationship-building skills in healthcare provider settings
• Knowledge of multiple payer types including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans
