Position - Plant General


Job Location - Plymouth, WI


Starting Date - Immediate


Employment Term - Temp-to-Hire


Employment Type - Full-Time


Work Hours (Shift) - 1st Shift (7:00am - 4:00pm) 2nd (10:30am - 7:00pm) M-F, 3rd Shift (9:00pm - 7:00am) M-Th


Starting Pay - $17.00 per hour starting plus shift premiums

Required Education - High School Diploma/GED preferred


Required Experience - N/A


Full-time position responsible for general labor duties including cleaning, painting, labeling, hauling pallets, etc. Maintain an acceptable level of housekeeping, meet and exceed all safety standards and training requirements as outlined. May assist operators with changeovers, set ups and adjustments for production activities and shutdown operations. May relieve into production roles as trained and assigned. Maintain all equipment as required in a non-maintenance capacity including cleaning during down periods.


Responsibilities


- Previous experience in a light manufacturing work environment is preferred.


- Good communication skills exhibiting ability to interact with production co-workers, plant staff and management personnel.


- Basic computer skills are preferred including but not limited to proficiency in data entry, some Microsoft office applications and basic email capabilities.


Qualifications


- Consistent, proper use of personal protective equipment is required.


- Must have the ability to climb stairs, stand for periods of 2-3 hours in length and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
