Overview Sales Associate: Hourly rate starting at $12.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Brand: Spirit Halloween. Responsibilities Support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. Maintain Guest Services in accordance with Company Standards. Generate sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. Qualifications Minimum age requirement: 16. Physical demands include climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and standing/walking for an 8-hour shift. Employment Arrangement The store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween is not the employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator. The application you are about to complete will be routed to our consignment operator for their consideration. If hired, the consignment operator shall be solely responsible to you for your employment benefits and wages.
