Willow Springs Center has openings for full time Resident Mentors. 12 HOUR Shifts available: DAY SHIFT: THURS/FRI/SAT 7:00AM- 7:30PM FRI/SAT/SUN 7:00AM- 7:30PM SAT/SUN/MON 7:00AM- 7:30PM ***Base Pay Plus Weekend AND Night Differential*** *(Note: Required orientation is 2 weeks long Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm before you start your work schedule.) About Us: We are a dedicated mental health team specializing in play therapy for children ages 1117. Our mission is to provide compassionate, therapeutic care to children who may be challenging to manage, helping them build coping skills and emotional resilience in a safe, supportive environment. Position Overview: We are seeking a caring and patient Mental Health Technician (MHT) to join our pediatric team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with children (ages 11-17) and committed to making a positive impact in their lives. You will assist in implementing therapeutic activities, support behavioral interventions, and collaborate with clinicians to create a nurturing space for healing and growth. Qualifications EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent EXPERIENCE: Minimum of one year in mental health arena; experience in an inpatient or outpatient psychiatry preferred.
