Job Description:


We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Distillation Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining distillation equipment to facilitate the recycling process of alcohol products.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate distillation equipment according to standard operating procedures.
2. Monitor and control distillation processes to ensure product quality and efficiency.
3. Perform routine maintenance tasks on distillation equipment.
4. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
5. Assist with industrial maintenance tasks as required.
6. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
7. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
8. Maintain accurate records of production activities and equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
3. Knowledge of distillation processes is preferred but not required.
4. Experience or education in pipe fitting, wastewater treatment, or related fields is a plus.
5. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
7. Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and rotate between days and nights every 4 to 8 weeks.
8. Commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
