Mixes ingredients for cakes, bakes and remove cakes from oven. Cuts cakes to required sizes, mixes frostings, frosts and decorates cakes, cleans up work area, will also assist with customer service at the counter if needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Use hand, arms, and fingers to handle tools or operate equipment. Work in a standing position from 4-8 hours a day. Lift and handle ingredient bags and products. Use basic math to measure and estimate material quantities. Bake products to required specifications. Keep work station clean and sanitary.
