Summary A Food Process Operative is responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, packaging, and quality control of food products. This role ensures that production standards, safety guidelines, and hygiene practices are strictly followed to deliver high-quality food items efficiently. Responsibilities Operate food production machinery and equipment in compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area, including tools and equipment. Pack and label finished products accurately. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and maintain workflow efficiency. Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or food safety concerns immediately.
