Content Creator & Videography Intern

Part-Time Internship | 15–20 Hours/Week | $18–$20/Hour

Northline Roofing is looking for a creative, ambitious Content Creator & Videography Intern to help us tell our story.

We’re building more than a roofing company. We’re building a recognizable brand around entrepreneurship, our team, our customers, and our Embrace the Climb mentality—and we want someone who can help capture it.

This isn't an internship where you'll spend your day making spreadsheets or sitting behind a desk.

You'll be out filming.

At job sites. In the office. Behind the scenes. At company events. Following our founder. Capturing customer stories. Turning everyday moments into content people actually want to watch.

What You'll Do

• Film short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage at roofing projects and around the office
• Film founder/personal-brand content
• Shoot employee and customer stories
• Help brainstorm creative concepts, hooks and video ideas
• Edit short-form videos and Reels
• Capture high-quality photography
• Organize footage and maintain a content library
• Help us document the process of growing a local company into a nationally recognized brand

Who We're Looking For

You don't need years of professional experience.

You do need to be creative.

We're looking for someone who:

• Loves creating content
• Understands what performs on TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Has a good eye for storytelling and aesthetics
• Is comfortable filming people in real-world environments
• Knows or is learning Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut or similar software
• Can take an idea and run with it
• Is dependable, organized and willing to learn
• Wants to build an impressive portfolio

Film, communications, marketing and media students are encouraged to apply, but your portfolio matters more to us than your major.

The Details

Location: Charlotte, NC
Hours: 15–20 hours/week
Pay: $18–$22/hour
Schedule: Flexible around school, with regular in-person filming
Duration: Semester-based with potential to continue
