We’re currently seeking an exuberant Catering and Conference Services Manager to join the team. From developing creative ways to maximize profit and achieving set revenue goals, to supporting the financial, business and marketing objectives for meetings, parties and other gatherings at the hotel. Responsibilities Support the financial, business and marketing objectives for meetings, parties and other gatherings at the hotel; develop creative ways to maximize profit and achieve set revenue goals; collaborate on each new project to inspire and assist in executing events that leave our guests feeling in awe of their surroundings. Qualifications Passionate about hospitality and food & beverage with a minimum of 4 years of similar work experience. A post‑secondary diploma or degree would be a plus. Expert in Catering & Events, a strong leader, natural salesperson and a proven track record in guest and team‑member engagement and financial performance. Excellent at communication, both verbal and written. Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
