We are always looking for driven, enthusiastic people to join our team.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe Sewing Operations Manager is responsible for training and leading team members on sewing machine operations, cutting processes, and sewing procedures. This position will also be responsible for providing sewing machine troubleshooting assistance.Train team members on all productive procedure including, but not limited to: cutting processes, sewing processes and the grommet process.Provide sewing machine troubleshooting assistance.Work with the Operations Manager to assure processes and procedures are followed.Help establish and maintain effective production workflow that meets productive quotes.Exhibit willingness to learn use of various equipment and sewing techniques and train team members on them.Willingness to perform duties at various workstations when needed.Train team members on inspection and repair of finished products as needed and make machine adjustments to compensate for errors or quality issues.Comply with all Agency policies, procedures and safety standards throughout work areas and maintain same to meet CARF, HIPAA, Department of Labor and other regulatory standards.All other duties assigned.Training ResponsibilitiesDirect training of all Machine Operators and Team Members.Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred, but not required.Experience RequirementsPrevious sewing experience is required.Previous supervisory experience preferred, but not required.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
