Metrology Technician (Additive Manufacturing)

Accentuate Staffing is recruiting a detailed Metrology Technician (Additive Manufacturing) for a medical device manufacturing client of ours in the Morrisville area. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on, quality-focused environment where precision, problem-solving, and continuous improvement are valued. In this role, you\'ll support quality inspections, additive manufacturing operations, and documentation while helping ensure products meet high standards. Responsibilities: Perform dimensional inspections and accurately document measurement results. Support additive manufacturing processes, including equipment setup, cleaning, and post-processing. Assist with quality documentation, SOP updates, and maintaining quality records. Prepare materials and maintain accurate production and batch documentation. Conduct quality checks on customer orders before shipment. Help troubleshoot, maintain, and assemble manufacturing equipment as needed. Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized work environment. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; technical training or an associate degree is a plus. Previous experience in a manufacturing, quality, or production environment preferred. Experience with metrology equipment or additive manufacturing is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical procedures. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
