Job Description
The Residential Plumber will work closely with a small team and report directly to the Foreman. This role involves frequent travel between sites, focusing on residential repair and renovation projects. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in residential plumbing, with a strong ability to communicate with customers and handle a variety of installation and repair tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Install pipes and plumbing fixtures in residential settings
- Diagnose and repair leaks promptly and effectively
- Replace plumbing fixtures as needed during renovations or repairs
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers
- Collaborate within a small team of 1-3 members
- Travel frequently between various job sites
- Work on residential repair and renovation projects
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in residential plumbing
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of water systems and pipe installation
- Expertise in leak detection, repair, and drain cleaning
- Familiarity with plumbing codes and regulations
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
