Housekeeper

Overview Housekeeper – Office/Bunkhouse (Warren Janitorial, Warrenton) responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility and company bunkhouses, including office, public, and bunkhouse areas. Duties include vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, dusting, sanitizing, and restocking supplies. Key Responsibilities Office and public area cleaning: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting Sanitize and restock restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas Empty trash and recycle bins daily; transport waste to disposal areas Daily cleaning of office building, including conference rooms and building entrances (inside and out) Monitor and report cleaning supply inventory shortages Adhere to all safety and health guidelines Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; replace light bulbs as needed Cleans storage rooms, bathrooms, offices, corridors, lounge areas, and stairways Assist in preparing housing facilities and rooms prior to crew arrival; inspect and clean bunkhouse rooms as required Qualifications Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience Ability to work independently and stay on task Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Must be able to work the day or evening shift Spanish speaking proficiency Physical Requirements Walking and standing frequently Reaching, extending arms, and using fingers for tasks Long periods of talking and hearing normal speaking levels Repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions Occasional lifting and moving up to 40 pounds Working Conditions Exposure to wet and/or humid conditions Moderate noise level Benefits Health insurance (medical, prescription, vision, dental, basic group life, short‑term disability) Flexible spending accounts for health and dependent care expenses 401(k) retirement plan with company profit‑sharing match Paid time off (sick days and vacation) Employee Assistance Program (confidential counseling, financial, and legal assistance) Product purchase program Reasonable Accommodation Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.
