This is a full‑time position offering excellent benefits and salary located in Jacksonville, Florida. Responsibilities Create, schedule, and manage organic social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube for corporate pages and franchise location pages Develop paid social media advertising campaigns from setup to execution, including targeting, budget allocation, monitoring, and performance analysis Write engaging captions, scripts, and copy tailored to each platform's audience and format Ensure brand consistency while allowing for localized content for franchise locations Respond to comments, messages, and community engagement activities on social platforms Research industry trends, competitor activities, platform updates, emerging tools, and innovative approaches to enhance client campaigns Monitor and interpret social media analytics; report insights to optimize strategy Collaborate with internal design teams to create graphics, videos, and other assets for campaigns Develop editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of all content Leverage AI tools and techniques to create engaging, cutting‑edge content that resonate with target audiences Act as a liaison between Money Pages and clients, ensuring consistent communication and campaign alignment Manage client expectations and provide updates on campaign performance and adjustments Maintain accurate records of tasks, ad spend, and client activities Other duties as assigned Required Skills and Abilities At least 2-3 years managing organic and paid social media campaigns, including Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Proven ability to write compelling content for various platforms, adhering to AP writing style when necessary Proficiency analyzing social media and email campaign performance metrics to inform strategy Proficiency with AI tools and an understanding of their applications in content creation and digital marketing Collaborative mindset with experience coordinating across teams Familiarity with platforms like TapClicks, DemandStar, OpenGov, and other analytics or proposal tools preferred A knack for creative content ideation, including video scripting and social media reels preferred Experience with tools like Yoast, Wix, WordPress, or other CMS platforms preferred Prior experience working at a digital marketing agency preferred Able to create exceptional client experiences and interact via phone & email in a positive, persuasive manner Background working collaboratively with team in a deadline‑driven environment Strong communication skills both verbal and written; natural instinct to broadly communicate context, client expectations, and creative vision to team members Strong problem‑solving skills with an eye for process improvement and workflow optimization Amazing detail orientation with superior organizational abilities; able to juggle multiple client accounts simultaneously Curious, proactive, and optimistic — even under pressure Naturally collaborative and allergic to ego Aligned with our values: Customer experience above all else, Do the right thing, and Do what it takes Education High School diploma; bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred About Money Pages We are passionate about helping local businesses grow.
