Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehabilitation

Location: Conroe, TX

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation unit. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent patient care while promoting independence and safety in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities:

Provide care for up to 6 patients per shift, ensuring their needs are met.
Administer medications, including IVP medications, and monitor patient vitals.
Collaborate with therapy departments (PT/OT/ST) to implement rehabilitation plans.
Facilitate patient independence while maintaining a safe environment.
Monitor patients remotely with telemetry systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Active RN license.
Minimum of 1 year of inpatient or rehabilitation experience.
Current BLS certification.
Completion of cardiac arrhythmia review test.
ACLS certification preferred.
Experience in medical/telemetry settings is a plus.
