Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Communicate effectively to meet customer needs while promoting business development. Qualifications Dedicated to customer service. Able to relate to customers, answer questions, and anticipate needs. Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with agency team members. Proactive problem‑solving ability.
