Senior Manufacturing Master Data Analyst

Overview Entegris is seeking a Senior ERP Master Data Analyst to support our Advanced Purity Solutions division. The role focuses on improving manufacturing execution performance by defining, standardizing, and sustaining master data configurations that govern work planning, prioritization, and execution on the shop floor. Responsibilities Develop knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations across multiple sites to contextualize ERP master data. Understand Entegris deployment and specific configurations of SAP, especially for Work Centers, Routings, Labor Pools, and BOMs. Lead master data enrichment and sustainment projects for capacity planning, standard costing, and scheduling at global facilities. Develop business‑specific master data standards and maintenance practices aligned with corporate policies. Translate operational requirements into actionable master data configurations with Engineering, Planning, and Digital teams. Collaborate with the Manufacturing Performance Analytics lead to support insights on key metrics such as WIP, on‑time job completion, and capacity loading. Build and maintain relationships across the global organization to enable effective leadership and collaboration. Support enhancements or changes to data configuration as operational processes evolve. Drive projects to support a standardized master data approach to cost structure. Communicate across the organization to drive results and contribute to departmental direction. Success Metrics Improved schedule, capacity, and costing predictability. Successful initiation and completion of SCCP projects. Strong cross‑functional alignment with documented decisions, clear RACI, and minimal rework. On‑time project delivery with milestone tracking. Effective training of site personnel for self‑sufficiency. Measured shop‑floor execution improvements such as schedule adherence and capacity loading accuracy. Establishment and sustainability of master data standards and governance. Stable plant operations with Engineering and Production owners maintaining critical data fields. Qualifications Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Science, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in operations/manufacturing with exposure to Planning, Supply Chain, or Logistics support roles. Strong understanding of ERP systems and Production/Planning/Procurement processes. Experience in fast‑paced, advanced manufacturing with competing priorities and a high mix, moderate volume. Collaborative mindset with cross‑functional stakeholders at all levels. Tenacity to drive projects to completion and translate broad requirements into specific functionality. Ability to maintain positive collaborative relationships with stakeholders. Proficiency in presenting technical data at all organizational levels. Capability to wear PPE as required in a cleanroom and lift up to 50 lbs. Will to travel domestically or internationally up to 20%.
