Kick off the upcoming school year by providing valuable speech and language services to students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, SLP-CCC) with a dynamic district near Alliance, OH. This engaging role offers a blend of in-person and hybrid work, allowing you to make a significant impact while balancing flexibility in your schedule.

This assignment is set to begin on August 24 and will run through June 6. Specific caseloads and building assignments are still being finalized, ensuring that your skills and preferences can be considered during placement. Your workweek will consist of four days on-site with students, with a fifth day dedicated to hybrid work—the day is flexible based on your needs and the scheduling requirements of the district.

Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP-CCC certification and Ohio licensure (or eligibility).
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is strongly valued.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to adapt techniques to individual student needs across varying age groups.
• Comfort with both in-person and virtual service delivery models.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy for students with speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and other specialists to support student progress.
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of services and student outcomes.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing program development.
