SilverAssist's Caring unit is seeking a Caring Family Advisor (Inside Consultative Sales) to guide seniors and families through care options. This is a work-from-home opportunity with a structured consultative process and high-volume phone interactions. You'll handle 100-150 inbound/outbound calls daily, use CRM (HubSpot) to track pipelines, and maintain documentation while meeting performance metrics.
