YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

In this Construction Superintendent role, you take charge of the entire production flow, from the first handoff to the final walkthrough, overseeing day-to-day operations for roofing, siding, gutter, and exterior projects while keeping quality and safety non-negotiable. Each morning, you map schedules for crews, materials, inspections, and subcontractors; during the day, you're on-site checking progress, verifying craftsmanship, and solving challenges in real time so nothing slips. You keep homeowners informed with clear timelines and updates, collaborate closely with sales to ensure seamless project handoffs, and maintain meticulous records so that every milestone is documented. Along the way, you nurture vendor and subcontractor relationships, remove roadblocks with speed and professionalism, and lead by example, coaching your team to top performance while ensuring high-quality execution on every job.

Here's what we need from you:

• 3+ years in residential construction or exterior restoration
• Comfortable managing crews or subcontractors in the field
• Strong scheduling, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communicator and natural leader
• Customer-focused with a commitment to quality
• Ability to read scopes of work and understand construction contracts
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Additional certifications, advanced project management experience, or specialized exterior restoration expertise are a plus
