Ensures effective restaurant operations, resulting in consistent high food quality and cleanliness standards. Supports team members in training, development and recognition driven by an employer of choice mentality. Promotes and supports a 5-star guest experience. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Must be over 21 years of age At least 3 years of recent full-service or fast-casual restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification (TABC/BASSET) Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Results driven and team oriented At Velvet Taco, we celebrate individuality!
