Director of Benefits
Marvin
Marvin is seeking a Director of Benefits to lead the strategy, design, and administration of U.S. employee benefits for a growing manufacturing organization. This role will oversee health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing programs, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and cost effectiveness. You will manage vendor relationships, optimize plans through data-driven insights, and partner with HR, Finance, and leaders across manufacturing sites.
