Gemini Enterprise Platform Operations Lead

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the operational support and platform management of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments supporting Gemini Enterprise deployments. Key Responsibilities Own platform operations and support for GCP infrastructure supporting Gemini Enterprise. Manage Google license administration, provisioning, and coordination with Google teams. Oversee identity and access management, including Google Identity Federation and access controls. Ensure readiness and support of platform connectors, integrations, and technical onboarding activities. Drive security remediation, compliance, monitoring, and operational governance across GCP. Partner with Engineering Leads to validate new features, conduct testing, and support production readiness. Act as the primary escalation point between internal teams and Google for platform-related issues. Monitor platform health, operational KPIs, incidents, and service improvements. Required Skills Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Hands-on knowledge of IAM, Identity Federation, Access Management, and Security Controls. Experience supporting enterprise SaaS/AI platforms and cloud operations. Familiarity with monitoring, incident management, governance, and platform support processes. Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills. Experience working with globally distributed teams and operating in onshore/offshore models. #J-18808-Ljbffr Tredence Inc.
