You'll:Build relationships with prospective and existing clients through proactive communicationQuote, market, and present personalized insurance solutionsFollow up on lost business, unsold quotes, inbound inquiries, and monoline accountsIdentify opportunities to round out accounts and strengthen client protectionListen to client needs, ask thoughtful questions, and recommend coverage optionsManage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity with consistencyWork toward individual and agency sales goalsMaintain accurate client and prospect information in agency systemsPartner with teammates, account managers, and carrier partners to deliver a strong client experienceSeek referrals, support client retention, and help build long-term agency relationshipsWhat We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is motivated, coachable, and ready to grow in a performance-driven environment.
