Digital Content Specialist

Detail-oriented and motivated, the temporary Digital Content Technology Specialist will manage the day-to-day operations of the Digital Asset Management platform in a hybrid role, ensuring assets are properly ingested, tagged, organized, and quality-checked to support creative workflows across the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage the upload, ingestion, and organization of digital assets, adhering to established folder structures and naming conventions Conduct regular quality checks on assets to verify integrity, tagging accuracy, and compliance with brand standards Assist in monitoring active creative project workflows and track asset production status using project management tools Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in digital asset management, creative operations, or content coordination Familiarity with DAM platforms such as Cloudinary or comparable systems Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com Strong attention to detail in file naming, metadata tagging, and content organization Background or coursework in digital library sciences, information management, marketing, or a related discipline is a plus
