What You’ll Do Deliver in-home ABA services in alignment with client goals and best practices. Manage your caseload and schedule with complete autonomy. Lead and mentor RBTs while collaborating with families and caregivers. Build and scale your own ethical ABA business with our full support team behind you. What You’ll Need Active BCBA certification and Georgia state license. At least two years of BCBA experience. A commitment to ethical, family-centered care.
