In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects that make a real impact in the energy and utility sectors. You’ll be part of a dynamic, people-focused team where your expertise, ideas, and contributions will be valued and celebrated. Assist with oversight of material reconciliation process Provide project-based assistance and support to the FEMA Team Anticipate upcoming responsibilities or needs and use initiative appropriately Record Data Update New/Current Information Update Work Orders Track Schedules and export into Excel What we’re looking for: A four-year college degree is preferred, majoring in Business Administration or related field. 6 years of experience performing this specific job function and requires some managerial oversight/direction. Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrable quantitative and analytical skills Utility background is preferred Previous experience utilizing basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint). Microsoft Project experience is a plus, as is prior work on a federally funded project Demonstrate a high level of personal initiative and ability to interact with stakeholders positively and collaboratively. Demonstrate a high level of skill in Microsoft Excel. Must be in Long Island or Queens County Hybrid Position in Melville, NY (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) Pay Range $70,000-$78,000/year Why Join K&A?
