This client is fairly independent and values maintaining her routine. The primary responsibility is assisting with evening personal care, particularly shower assistance, while respecting client preferences and home organization. Client will provide clear instructions on how things should be done.

Responsibilities

• Assist with evening showering and personal hygiene
• Provide respectful companionship during the visit
• Support the client's independence while ensuring safety
• Follow the client's preferences and instructions carefully

• Observe and report any changes in the client's condition or needs
