About the Role
The Company is seeking a Campus Associate Dean for its School of Nursing. The successful candidate will serve as the onsite administrator for nursing operations, with a primary focus on the unique needs of the nursing students. This role is pivotal in implementing strategic priorities and acting as a liaison between the university and the School of Nursing. The Campus Associate Dean will be responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative functions of the nursing program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and support to students. Applicants for the Campus Associate Dean position should have a strong background in nursing education and administration. A doctoral degree in nursing or a related field is preferred, along with a current, unencumbered nursing license. The role requires a deep understanding of the nursing profession, including clinical practice, and a commitment to the advancement of nursing education. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic planning, program development, and a proven track record of leadership in an academic setting.
