As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support guests, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to guests, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel/resort buildings, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas, reporting unusual conditions or maintenance concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and guest inquiries, and help maintain orderly operations throughout the location. Complete required reports, logs, and documentation accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and location procedures. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
