Job DescriptionHOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT This directly manages and leads 5 people/functions; Credit Manager, Credit Operations Manager, Collections Manager, AP Supervisor, AR-Billing Manager, and a total of 22 employees in the US. Functionally directs the management of the following markets; Mexico, South America, Canada as well as a shared service center in Philippines on AR and AP functions.Management of the AP supervisor and functions at shared service center is an interim structure.Establish AR and AP policies for the Americas and ensure compliance in daily operations.Maintain US Cost Center budgets for Credit/Collections/AR-Billing/Credit Operations and APPartner with Sales Management in all the Americas to consult and manage existing customer and potential customer risks.Manage collections in concert with commercial policy and established payment terms.Direct, manage and report KPIs in the order to cash cycle including but not limited to days sales outstanding (DSO) for senior management. Responsible for periodic updates with Sales and Finance Management.Lead or direct participation in projects that improve service level in the order-to-cash cycle, initiate process improvement and facilitate commercial initiatives.Drive digital transformation of AR, Billing, Credit and AP by adapting processes, tool support, commercial policies, strategy, and skillset of the team to ensure efficient progress of modernization.Advise Management in customer financing projects and strategic decisions involving payment and AR risk.Direct the daily operations of Credit in the Americas, US Accounts Receivable, and National Account Billing including development of the team members.QualificationsWHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLEBachelor's Degree in Business or similar10+ years of professional related experience in FinanceAbility to understand and analyze financial statements and financial statement riskProject management experience leading various types of projects include small & large cross departmental initiativesExperience leading large teamsInternal qualified candidates will meet internal guidelines for this executive level role:18+ months experience of leading people and/or projects18+ months working internationally, cross functionally or cross organizationallyDCfEL must be complete before a promotion to SG 13International or highly matrixed organizational experienceLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
