Position: Commercial Insurance Account Manager

About the Role:
An established and growing insurance organization is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to support business clients and deliver outstanding service. This role involves managing client relationships, assisting with policy servicing needs, and ensuring businesses have the right coverage solutions in place. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, and motivated to grow within the insurance industry. Training and licensing support are available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts as the main client contact

• Respond to client questions and resolve service-related concerns promptly

• Assist with policy renewals, endorsements, and claims support

• Review client insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carrier partners

• Review policy documentation for accuracy and completeness

• Stay informed on industry updates, market trends, and regulatory requirements

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service

Qualifications:

• Insurance experience is preferred but not required

• Property & Casualty insurance license preferred (licensing support available if needed)

• Familiarity with agency management systems and Microsoft Office tools

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to client service

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment
