Position Details Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/13/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Requirements Active RN License Degree from an accredited nursing program BLS Certification At least eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting Other requirements to be determined by the client facility Duties & Responsibilities Med‑Surg nurses (RN) provide care for primarily adult patients before and after surgical procedures and administer medication to manage illness. They must be well‑versed in a broad range of health conditions and work closely with physicians and other team members. Complete assignments made by physicians. Provide routine treatment and post‑surgical care. Assess changes in patient health status and perform various treatments. Administer medication. Maintain meticulous documentation of medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care.
