Retail Energy Associate Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a retail environment and provide a positive experience
Educate customers on energy products, services, and available programs
Answer customer questions and provide accurate information
Generate customer interest, leads, and enrollments
Represent trusted energy and home service brands professionally
Build customer relationships through effective communication
Achieve individual and team performance goals
Participate in paid training and career development programs

Qualifications

No prior experience is required — training is provided!

The ideal candidate is:

Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers
Customer-focused with strong communication skills
Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
Coachable with a positive attitude
Comfortable working in a retail setting
Able to work independently and as part of a team
At least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the United States
