Owning and scaling paid acquisition strategies, the full-time Senior Performance Marketing Manager will develop and execute global campaigns across various digital channels, optimizing performance and maximizing return on investment in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across search, social, display, and emerging channels to drive pipeline growth Serve as the strategic partner for Demand Generation and Growth Marketing, translating marketing objectives into effective paid acquisition strategies Oversee paid media reporting and performance analysis while collaborating with Finance and RevOps to enhance attribution and investment planning Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing or paid acquisition Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition programs across multiple digital channels Deep expertise with platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actionable insights Experience managing significant paid media budgets and working cross-functionally with key stakeholders
