US Foods, Inc. - - Responsibilities: Check inbound product identification against invoices and receiving paperwork to insure correct pack/size, quantity, product quality and temperature, pallet ti/hi, etc.; Check temperature of all inbound frozen and refrigerated products to ensure proper temperatures and comply with U.S. Foodservices food safety and RRE requirements.; Check the cleanliness of the trailers before they are unloaded.; Verify quantity of each product to insure physical count agrees with shipping and receiving documentation; report any variances so that inventory levels are accurately adjusted in system.; Apply labels to all incoming product to identify that product in the warehouse for stocking, selection and inventory tracking.
