Restaurant Manager

Build and develop a team around hospitality and culinary execution, fostering career growth and cross‑training. Build sales, profitability, and guest counts while managing the P&L for the restaurant. Meet financial objectives by forecasting, adjusting labor expenditures, practicing portion control, preparing budgets, and analyzing variances. Utilize excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with employees, guests, suppliers, and senior management. Maintain a safe and healthy environment by establishing, following, and complying with sanitation standards and procedures. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of two years front‑of‑house management experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced restaurant. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional leadership skills – ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a team. Passionate about execution, hospitality, and service. Ability to sit, stand, or walk for up to 10 hours a day; occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, or lift up to 40 lbs. Visual acuity for close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception, with ability to adjust focus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The current salary range for this position is USD $75,000 to $80,000.
