We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Entry-Level Account Manager to join our team. The Role

AHA's Entry-Level Account Manager will support existing client accounts, assist with customer needs, and help develop long-term business relationships. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities for growth.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned client accounts
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests
• Assist clients with account setup, service questions, and issue resolution
• Conduct regular follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction
• Support sales initiatives and identify opportunities to expand services
• Maintain accurate customer records and account activity in CRM systems
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, and management teams
• Prepare reports, presentations, and client communications as needed

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

1-2 years of previous sales experience preferred

Valid state-issued Driver License; clean driving record for the past five years, plus own reliable transportation

Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel); ability to learn proprietary software and new software as it is installed/developed

Excellent customer service mindset

Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks

Willingness to learn and develop professional sales and account management skills

Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus
