Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN

Provide patient care in a long term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team
Assist in daily living activities for residents
Document patient progress and care provided accurately

Requirements of the LPN/LVN

Valid LPN/LVN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Experience in long term care preferred
Current CPR certification
