Job Description:
- Develop and implement comprehensive nursing care for diverse patients
- Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized nursing diagnoses
- Formulate effective patient care plans tailored to individual needs
- Provide leadership by collaborating with ancillary nursing and patient team personnel
- Maintain high standards for professional nursing practice in a clinical environment
- Design systems to deliver exceptional care to all populations:
- Infants
- Children
- Adolescents
- Adults
- Geriatrics

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of Rehabilitation experience (REQUIRED)
- Inpatient Rehabilitation experience (REQUIRED)
- Certifications:
- BLS
- NIH


- State Licenses: Oklahoma
- Must submit compliance documents one week prior to starting

Additional Information:
- Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- 12-Hour Nights
- 36 hours guaranteed per week
- Some weekends and possible holiday shifts required
