As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you will provide professional massage therapy services as an independent practitioner within a small team of 2-5 therapists. Your primary focus will be on conducting client assessments, delivering effective massage treatments, and developing individualized treatment plans to promote client wellness. Work is typically conducted on-site with minimal travel, allowing you to maintain a structured workflow centered around independent client sessions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand needs and conditions
- Perform various massage therapy techniques to relieve pain and stress
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Massage Therapy
- Valid state massage therapy license
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Deep Tissue Massage
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy
- Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques
