As aSenior Claims Adjuster - Large Loss, you'll handle complex residential property claims, guide customers through challenging situations, and play a key role in delivering fair, timely, and accurate claim resolutions. What You'll Do Manage a caseload of large and/or complex residential property claims, from investigation through resolution Analyze coverage, evaluate exposure, and make timely claim decisions within authority limits Deliver exceptional customer service while setting clear expectations throughout the claims process Negotiate and settle claims in accordance with company guidelines and industry best practices Partner with vendors, adjusters, and external stakeholders to drive effective claim outcomes Ensure accurate documentation, reserving, and compliance with applicable state regulations What You Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 4+ years of residential property claims experience 3+ years of experience working directly for an insurance carrier Strong knowledge of coverage analysis, claims handling, and state insurance regulations Experience handling complex claims, including litigation and third-party claims preferred Xactimate proficiency highly preferred Desire to live Slide's Core Values What Slide Offers To You The Slide Vibe - An opportunity to be a part of a fun and innovation-driven culture fueled by Passion, Purpose and Technology!
