Registered Nurse - Home Care Job Locations US-WV-CHARLESTON Line of Business All Ways Caring HomeCare Pay Range USD $31.00 - $33.00 / Hour Overview What We Are Looking For: In this role, you’ll focus on care planning, providing guidance and expertise to ensure our clients receive top‑notch care in the comfort of their own homes. You’ll play a key role in supervising and supporting caregivers, helping to implement and monitor individualized care plans. This position offers a balance between clinical and administrative responsibilities, allowing you to use your nursing expertise in a way that’s impactful, but without the physical strain of traditional direct care. Responsibilities Provides skilled nursing care/treatment to clients per Physicians Orders and Plan of Care Documents nursing actions of all care given to individuals and informs physicians and family accordingly Administers and monitors medication and management as prescribed by physician Conducts nursing assessment visit as needed Follows policies and procedures according to operation, state and regulatory standards Completes supervisory visits based on compliance and regulations to include review of plan of care, caregiver competency assessment, and completion of required documentation Implements nursing support for individuals in a home setting Works with Director or Nursing/Nurse Supervisor and/or Branch Manager to address the health needs of individuals Participates in staff meetings, in‑services and other meetings as neededEnsures compliance with physician’s verbal orders and medical reports Qualifications Degree in Nursing from an accredited school One or more years of nursing experience preferred Current and unrestricted license in the state of the operation CPR professional certification Excellent communication skills with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company Capable of working independently with highly confidential information About Our Line of Business All Ways Caring HomeCaredelivers quality, compassionate, and individualized care and support that helps people in need of assistance stay at home - all while maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence.
