UX Designer

Role - UX Designer Location -Austin, TX Duration - Fulltime Role Required Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will have excellent design, project management, problem solving, and communication skills and be comfortable interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. In addition, the ability to work backwards and think about building products from a customer perspective is crucial. Analyze customer problems and design delightful solutions with measurable impact. Work closely with product and business teams to develop use cases and high-level requirements. Create design artifacts like user flows, wireframes, visual mocks, and prototypes to communicate your ideas. Develop and maintain detailed user-interface and interaction specifications. Independently present work, socialize ideas, and manage stakeholder expectations. Partner with technology teams to ensure we leverage the scale offered by our platform without compromising on core experience principles. Measure the success and effectiveness of UX innovations. Basic qualifications 8+ years of design experience Have an available online portfolio Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices Preferred qualifications Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity Experience with UX design of complex workflows Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards Experience with hands-on visual design Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
