As a Certified Medication Technician CMT at Pleasant Valley Manor Care Center, you will have the opportunity to work in a unique, skilled nursing home care and rehabilitation facility located in beautiful Liberty, MO. Our team is dedicated to providing outstanding and innovative healthcare in an environment that remembers the importance of the individual and family. Responsibilities:
Administer medications to residents as prescribed by their healthcare providers
Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Maintain accurate and timely records of medication administration and resident care
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide a high level of customer service to residents, families, and visitors
Requirements:
Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents when necessary
Basic knowledge of medication administration and nursing procedures
