Commercial HVAC Technician

Job Description: Service, diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial HVAC\/R systems Identify system failures and recommend repair or replacement Perform work efficiently and in compliance with industry, safety, and company standards Maintain clean and organized work areas, company vehicle, and service documentation Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, dispatch, and team members Travel as required throughout NY, CT, and MA Requirements: 3+ years commercial HVAC\/R experience Graduate of an accredited HVAC technical program Strong competency with: Commercial HVAC (1–50 tons) Refrigeration systems Boilers Electrical\/controls EPA Universal Certification required Valid driver’s license + clean driving record Must provide own hand tools, gauges, meters Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed Ability to travel to CT, and MA Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription coverage 401(k) with 3% company match 2 weeks PTO + paid holidays Company truck, phone, uniform allowance (including work boots) Tool loan program #J-18808-Ljbffr
