CHARLESGATE has brought our institutional leasing model to Colorado and we're hiring career sales professionals to grow our Denver team. This isn't a base-plus-maybe-bonus role — our top leasing professionals earn $80K+ through a straightforward commission structure, with a clear runway to grow as our portfolio expands.

What You'll Own

• Lead the full prospect-to-lease journey across assigned managed and new-development assets
• Deliver tailored tours, structured follow-up, and a move-in experience residents recommend
• Know your buildings cold — pricing, availability, comp set, and positioning
• Feed real-time market intel back to the team to sharpen performance
• Keep CRM tracking accurate and leasing files audit-ready
• Partner with property management for seamless move-ins

Operating Structure
Field-based across multiple Denver properties within a centralized leasing model. Open scheduling to meet renter demand — weekend availability required. Full team support, leasing technology, and marketing infrastructure provided.
What You Bring

• Active Colorado real estate license
• 1–2+ years leasing experience with a track record of production
• Strong sales presence, high responsiveness, and ownership mindset
• Comfort in CRM and structured operating systems
• Fair Housing compliance knowledge

Compensation
Uncapped, commission-based pay tied directly to production. Year-one target: $75K+. Strong producers in year two and beyond earn meaningfully more. High performers gain first access to new-development lease-up assignments, where per-deal economics accelerate. Production and compensation reviewed quarterly.

Career Path
This is the primary entry point to CHARLESGATE's Denver lease-up assignments. High performers move into expanded portfolio responsibility or project leadership roles.
